Establishing a non-profit is a two step process involving state incorporation and federal tax exemption. Second, the Articles of Incorporation and bylaws which are essentially the internal operating procedure of the organization are the next step.  Third, you will need to complete the 1023 IRS form which requires a three year budget in order to obtain your 501(c)(3) status.  Hishaw law is familiar with assisting new Wyoming non-profits successfully complete the full incorporation process ensuring the organization’s initial formation is properly executed.
